Actualmente trabajo en Sevilla, en clínica Palomares Dental, donde me dedico al tratamiento de enfermedades periodontales.

En marzo de 2022 comencé una experiencia maravillosa como GBT Trainer.

Me encanta poder compartir mi tiempo dando formaciones a otras compañeras y seguir conservando mi puesto de trabajo, ayudando a persona a mejorar su calidad de vida.

Pam has an impressive and progressive career in dentistry, spanning over four decades. She began her journey in the field as a dental assistant at the age of 16, a role she held for 16 years. In 2001, she became a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH). Her commitment to advanced preventative care led her to become licensed as an independent dental hygienist (IPDH) in Maine in 2010. This allowed her to practice in both private settings and her own solo preventive practice. In 2021, Pam established the Searsmont Oral Wellness Center, where she champions her unique approach to optimal preventative care. Her practice has flourished by incorporating cutting-edge technologies like microscopy, laser therapies, salivary diagnostics, and the Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT) compass. Patients appreciate her laid-back yet informative style, which educates them while delivering patient-focused care. Beyond her practice, Pam is a certified GBT trainer for EMS, a role that enables her to connect with other forward-thinking professionals across the United States. When she's not traveling for her training work, she enjoys her home, family, and friends in Mid-Coast Maine.

Erika Spring is a pioneering force in Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT) education, bringing over 35 years of dental industry experience and 27 years as a Registered Dental Hygienist.  Since 2019, she served as an SDA Trainer and Academic Integration Consultant, currently she is the US GBT Education Manager. Spring's most significant achievement came at Coastal Carolina Community College, where she revolutionized dental hygiene education by integrating GBT into the curriculum. Under her leadership, the program graduated the first GBT-certified students in 2021 and became the first academic institution to achieve GBT certification in the United States in 2022—a historic milestone establishing the gold standard for modern dental hygiene education. Her academic credentials include a Master's Degree in Educational Leadership from Northern Arizona University and a Bachelor's Degree in Dental Hygiene. She maintains faculty experience from Laramie County Community College and clinical expertise through work with GBT practices, East Carolina University, and expert periodontists. As a certified DISC Behavioral Consultant, she enhances team dynamics and educational outcomes. Spring continues advancing the GBT mission by leading the US training team, developing educational strategies, and mentoring dental professionals nationwide. Her mission centers on preparing tomorrow's dental professionals with today's innovations, fundamentally reshaping dental hygiene practice and elevating patient wellness standards across the profession.

Diplomata con lode in Igiene Dentale presso l’Università degli studi di Siena (1995) e laureata in Igiene Dentale presso l’Università degli studi di Genova (2006), ho conseguito un master in Igiene Orale presso la Forsyth University di Boston (1996). Socio attivo SIdP da diversi anni e coordinatrice generale del progetto Study Club igienisti dentali (2018 e 2019). Sono libera professionista dal 1995 e collaboro presso lo studio del Dott. F. Cairo dal 2008.

Michelle Steiner BSDH, RDH has been dedicated to advancing oral health and supporting fellow dental professionals since beginning her career in 1995. After earning her CDA, she completed her dental hygiene degree in 2000 and spent 24 of the last 25 years as the sole RDH in a periodontal practice, where she developed a deep passion for periodontal care, patient relationships, and clinical excellence. She completed her BSDH in 2025 from Minnesota State University, Mankato, with an emphasis in education. Since June 2022, she has served as a U.S. SDA Trainer, and in June 2024, she expanded her role as a Success Coach. In addition to her coaching and training work, she provides dental hygiene services in nursing homes and volunteers her time with Mission of Mercy and her local food pantry, efforts that reflect her strong commitment to giving back and caring for her community. Today, she loves empowering clinicians to confidently implement GBT and helping dental teams grow through supportive, real-world training

Laura Bailey graduated from Manchester University in 2013 as a Dental Therapist.

 

She not only came top in her year but she also won 2 awards for her final year case presentations and for being the best overall student of the year both clinically and academically.

 

She has worked in private practice since at 'The Richmond Dentist' where she treats patients who have become friends.

 

Laureata con lode in Igiene Dentale nel 2019 presso l’Università di Napoli “Federico II”, dove ho poi proseguito gli studi conseguendo la Laurea Magistrale in Professioni Sanitarie Tecniche. Ho inoltre completato il mio percorso accademico con un Master Universitario di I livello in “Gestione della salute orale nel paziente parodontale e Special Needs”. Lavoro come libera professionista presso diversi studi odontoiatrici nelle province di Napoli e Caserta e, dal 2022, collaboro con EMS come GBT Trainer. Credo fortemente nel protocollo GBT, ogni paziente dovrebbe poter vivere un’esperienza positiva, innovativa e confortevole. Nei miei corsi unisco conoscenze scientifiche, tecnica e passione. Ai miei colleghi cerco di trasmettere gli strumenti concreti per trasformare la teoria in pratica e la pratica in eccellenza, in un clima di autentica condivisione.

Dentalhygienikerin Veronika ist eine passionierte GBT Anwenderin, weshalb sie diese Begeisterung als GBT Trainerin in Praxistrainings weitergibt. Für Veronika selbst ist das oberste Ziel, ihre Patient*innen auf dem höchsten Niveau zu betreuen und andere Fachkräfte zu diesem hohen Niveau zu motivieren. Aus diesem Grund ging sie den Weg der Dentalhygienikerin und absolvierte 2019-2021 das Bachelorstudium Dentalhygiene und Präventionsmanagement in Köln und ist seitdem auch für die Ausbildung angehender zahnmedizinischer Prophylaxeassistent*innen und Dentalhygieniker*innen in einem Fortbildungsinstitut tätig.  Um das Fachwissen stets aufrecht zu erhalten und immer auf dem neusten Stand der Wissenschaft zu bleiben, besucht sie selbst gerne Fort- und Weiterbildungen in allen Bereichen rund um die Zahnmedizin.

Soy Estefanía Laguna, licenciada en Odontología por la Universidad Complutense de Madrid (2007). Posteriormente, completé el Máster en Ciencias Odontológicas y el Máster en Periodoncia e Implantes en la misma universidad, finalizando mi formación de postgrado en 2013. Desde entonces, ejerzo como periodoncista exclusiva, acompañando a mis pacientes en todas las fases del tratamiento, desde la terapia inicial hasta la colocación de implantes cuando es necesario. Mi enfoque se basa en una atención personalizada, rigurosa y comprometida con la salud periodontal a largo plazo. Además, compagino mi actividad clínica con la docencia, colaborando activamente en el postgrado de Periodoncia e Implantes de la Universidad Complutense, la Institución Mississippi y la Sociedad Española de Periodoncia, donde participo de forma continua en programas académicos y actividades científicas.

Odontotecnico con diploma professionale presso Ospedale George Eastman a Roma, ho conseguito la laurea in Igiene Dentale con Lode e Master biennale in Medicine Naturali con Lode presso l’Università di Tor Vergata a Roma. Sono un libero professionista, opinion leader linea oralcare Forhans dal 2015, GBT Trainer dal 2019 e opinion leader Pola SDI sbiancamenti dal 2020. Ideatore del protocollo con Lattoferrina per il controllo delle recidive delle Black Stain.

Laureata nel 2013 presso l’Università degli Studi di Verona, svolge la sua attività prevalentemente su pazienti con malattia parodontale.
Vincitrice del Premio C. Cevenini per il miglior caso clinico di terapia parodontale non chirurgica in occasione del 21° Congresso Nazionale della Società Italiana di Parodontologia e Implantologia.
Dal 2020 collabora in PreBiomics, Startup di ricerca in ambito del microbioma orale e in particolare delle malattie peri-implantari.
Svolge attività di tutoraggio e insegnamento in corsi sulla terapia parodontale non chirurgica ed è docente presso il Corso di Laurea di Igiene Dentale a Bolzano e presso il Polo Universitario delle Professioni Sanitarie a Rovereto (TN).
Crede fermamente nel valore dell’igienista dentale e si dedica con passione a questa professione. Le piace condividere con colleghi esperienze e nuove idee per un continuo miglioramento della figura dell’igienista dentale.

Laureata con Lode nel 2016 presso Università degli Studi dell’Insubria, sono collaboratrice presso l’Università degli Studi dell’Insubria nel reparto di Igiene dentale e la scuola di specializzazione in odontoiatria pediatrica. Ho seguito un perfezionamento in terapia perimplantare con il Prof. Massimo Simion nel 2017 e un perfezionamento nel trattamento della malattia parodontale con il professore Carlo Ghezzi nel 2019. Sono una GBT Trainer dal 2022, opero la mia professione nella provincia di Milano e svolgo corsi privati per professionisti e pazienti riguardo la prevenzione orale. Sono responsabile del reparto di Igiene Dentale presso lo studio dentistico Dott. Jacopo Padalino a Legnano e mi occupo a 360 gradi di Igiene dentale sia nel paziente pediatrico che nel paziente adulto.
