Lisa Yao completed her Dental Hygiene Diploma in 2012 and a Bachelor of Science Specializing in Dental Hygiene Degree from the University of Alberta in 2016, while working full time! Lisa has been a Dental Hygienist for over 12 years! Over the years, she has had additional training in periodontics, diode laser, and Guided Biofilm Therapy, completing her GBT Certification in 2022. Lisa enjoys serving the community and sharing her passion for dentistry while providing each patient with the utmost evidence-based care. Erika Spring is a pioneering force in Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT) education, bringing over 35 years of dental industry experience and 27 years as a Registered Dental Hygienist.  Since 2019, she served as an SDA Trainer and Academic Integration Consultant, currently she is the US GBT Education Manager. Spring's most significant achievement came at Coastal Carolina Community College, where she revolutionized dental hygiene education by integrating GBT into the curriculum. Under her leadership, the program graduated the first GBT-certified students in 2021 and became the first academic institution to achieve GBT certification in the United States in 2022—a historic milestone establishing the gold standard for modern dental hygiene education. Her academic credentials include a Master's Degree in Educational Leadership from Northern Arizona University and a Bachelor's Degree in Dental Hygiene. She maintains faculty experience from Laramie County Community College and clinical expertise through work with GBT practices, East Carolina University, and expert periodontists. As a certified DISC Behavioral Consultant, she enhances team dynamics and educational outcomes. Spring continues advancing the GBT mission by leading the US training team, developing educational strategies, and mentoring dental professionals nationwide. Her mission centers on preparing tomorrow's dental professionals with today's innovations, fundamentally reshaping dental hygiene practice and elevating patient wellness standards across the profession.

Socio SIdP e AIDI, partecipo attivamente a corsi di formazione con particolare interesse rivolto al trattamento di discromie dello smalto e al trattamento non chirurgico della malattia parodontale. 
Da febbraio 2022 sono GBT Trainer certificata dalla Swiss Dental Academy.

Ramona lebt in Bad Bentheim und begann ihre berufliche Laufbahn 1998 mit der Ausbildung zur Zahnarzthelferin. Nach ihrer Weiterbildung zur Zahnmedizinischen Prophylaxeassistentin (ZMP) im Jahr 2003 entschloss sie sich, ihr Wissen durch das Studium zur Dentalhygienikerin B.Sc. zu vertiefen, dass sie im Jahr 2024 abschließen konnte. Die Entscheidung, Dentalhygienikerin zu werden, kam aus der Leidenschaft Patienten dabei zu helfen, ihre Mundgesundheit zu fördern. Besonders fasziniert sie die Guided Biofilm Therapie (GBT), da sie innovative Ansätze in der Zahnmedizin vereint und Patienten eine schonende sowie effiziente Behandlung bietet. In ihrer Freizeit praktiziert Ramona gerne Yoga und genießt entspannende Spaziergänge mit ihrem Hund. Sie ist zudem großer Fußballfan und verfolgt begeistert die Spiele ihrer Söhne sowie die Partien des SV Werder Bremen im Weserstadion.

Djekic, Bozana M.Sc., B.Sc. ist eine engagierte Dentalhygieniekerin und begeisterte GBT- Trainerin aus Österreich. Im Jahr 2003 schloss sie in Graz ihr Diplom in Parodontologie und Prophylaxe ab. Um ihre Fachkenntnisse zu vertiefen, absolvierte sie einen Universitätslehrgang in Köln und erwarb den Bachelor in Dentalhygiene und Präventionsmanagement. Zusätzlich erweiterte sie ihr Wissen mit einem Masterstudium in Health Care Management, spezialisiert auf Pharma Management. Als engagierte Dentalhygienikerin entdeckte sie ihre Begeisterung für die Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT). Ihr Fokus liegt besonders darauf, den Vorteil der GBT mit Liebe und Humor zu vermitteln. Es ist ihr ein großes Anliegen, die GBT-Therapie in Österreich zu etablieren. Ihre Leidenschaft ist es, als Trainerin tätig zu sein, die GBT in wissenschaftlichen Projekten und an Universitäten zu lehren sowie in der Ausbildung von Dentalhygieniker*innen  zu vermitteln. Sie schätzt den Austausch mit Menschen, die ebenso Freude und Enthusiasmus für Innovationen teilen.

Laureata in Igiene Dentale e in Scienze delle professioni sanitarie, mi sono specializzata in Terapia parodontale non chirurgica. Ho conseguito un Master in Igiene Implantare e svolgo la mia professione in Basilicata e Puglia.

Nel 2018 ho conseguito la Laurea Magistrale in Scienze delle Professioni Sanitarie Tecniche Assistenziali con votazione 110L presso l’Università degli Studi dell'Aquila. 

Lavoro presso lo Studio Dentistico Dott. Alessandro Reale a Teramo, sono una GBT Trainer e opero come Tutor CdL in Igiene Dentale e Guida di Laboratorio del CdLM in Scienze delle Professioni Sanitarie Tecniche Assistenziali presso Università Politecnica delle Marche.
