ayyaba Fiaz is a highly accomplished dental hygienist and community leader. A 2008 graduate of Cégep John Abbott College, she earned the Procter & Gamble Community Dental Hygiene Award and Excellence in Restorative Dentistry Award. Tayyaba also holds a B.Sc. degree and has extensive experience as an RDH in Ontario and Quebec. She currently works as a clinician and hygiene coordinator in a general dental practice, leading a team of eight RDHs. As a pioneer in technology, she introduced Airflow Master Prophylaxis and Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT) at her clinic, improving appointment efficiency and patient satisfaction. In addition, she owns a mobile dental hygiene practice, launched in 2021, offering personalized care directly to clients. Tayyaba’s commitment to community care is evident in her organization of large-scale dental outreach clinics across Quebec, with over 55 volunteers. These initiatives have garnered significant media attention. She also serves as an elected Director for the Canadian Dental Hygienists Association (CDHA) and a representative for the International Federation of Dental Hygienists (IFDH). Tayyaba is an instructor at Oulton College's Faculty of Dental Hygiene. Outside her professional responsibilities, Tayyaba enjoys spending time with her family, listening to music, and taking long walks on sunny days.

Mi nombre es Erik Regidor y soy licenciado en Odontología y especialista en Periodoncia e Implantes por la Universidad del País Vasco. Desde entonces me dedico en exclusiva a Periodoncia e Implantes en PerioCentrum Bilbao. Adicionalmente participo en proyectos de investigación relacionados con mi campo dado que formo parte de los grupos de investigación Arrow Development y ThinkingPerio Research. Fruto de ello estoy actualmente realizando mi doctorado enfocado en el tratamiento quirúrgico de la peri-implantitis. Esto me ha llevado a participar en publicaciones científicas a nivel nacional e internacional dándome la oportunidad desde hace unos años a impartir cursos de formación. Erika Spring is a pioneering force in Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT) education, bringing over 35 years of dental industry experience and 27 years as a Registered Dental Hygienist.  Since 2019, she served as an SDA Trainer and Academic Integration Consultant, currently she is the US GBT Education Manager. Spring's most significant achievement came at Coastal Carolina Community College, where she revolutionized dental hygiene education by integrating GBT into the curriculum. Under her leadership, the program graduated the first GBT-certified students in 2021 and became the first academic institution to achieve GBT certification in the United States in 2022—a historic milestone establishing the gold standard for modern dental hygiene education. Her academic credentials include a Master's Degree in Educational Leadership from Northern Arizona University and a Bachelor's Degree in Dental Hygiene. She maintains faculty experience from Laramie County Community College and clinical expertise through work with GBT practices, East Carolina University, and expert periodontists. As a certified DISC Behavioral Consultant, she enhances team dynamics and educational outcomes. Spring continues advancing the GBT mission by leading the US training team, developing educational strategies, and mentoring dental professionals nationwide. Her mission centers on preparing tomorrow's dental professionals with today's innovations, fundamentally reshaping dental hygiene practice and elevating patient wellness standards across the profession.

Karine earned her Dental Hygiene Diploma in 2010. After practicing in Switzerland for a year, she returned to settle in Estrie, where she grew up. Jovial and enthusiastic, she enjoys sharing her knowledge and learning to develop her skills. Passionate about her profession, she focuses on gentle and non-invasive treatments, which is how she discovered the Guided Biofilm Therapy Protocol. After four years of practice with the Airflow Prophylaxis Master, she can no longer do without it. Now a trainer for the Swiss Dental Academy for over two years, Karine can share her passion for dental health and her growing love for GBT with other colleagues.

Faye Donald is a registered dental hygienist currently practicing Guided Biofilm Therapy in the UK.

After graduating from Leeds University in 2001, she went on to complete the NCFE Level 2 Certificate in Counselling Skills. Faye received national award recognition in 2013 when she was crowned "Best Hygienist" at the DH&T National Industry Awards, in 2015 when she was crowned "UK’s Dental Hygienist of The Year" and in 2017 when she was again crowned winner of "UK's best hygienist" at the National Oral Health Awards. Faye is also chairperson for the North East BSDHT (British Society for Dental Hygiene and Therapy) where she is actively involved in supporting her peers and driving forwards standards within the dental industry. Faye underwent her training at the Swiss Dental Academy to become a certified SDA trainer in 2016 and has since delivered more than 50 GBT courses to audiences both nationally and internationally on the role of AIRFLOW® and Guided Biofilm Therapy in dental prophylaxis.

Ramona lebt in Bad Bentheim und begann ihre berufliche Laufbahn 1998 mit der Ausbildung zur Zahnarzthelferin. Nach ihrer Weiterbildung zur Zahnmedizinischen Prophylaxeassistentin (ZMP) im Jahr 2003 entschloss sie sich, ihr Wissen durch das Studium zur Dentalhygienikerin B.Sc. zu vertiefen, dass sie im Jahr 2024 abschließen konnte. Die Entscheidung, Dentalhygienikerin zu werden, kam aus der Leidenschaft Patienten dabei zu helfen, ihre Mundgesundheit zu fördern. Besonders fasziniert sie die Guided Biofilm Therapie (GBT), da sie innovative Ansätze in der Zahnmedizin vereint und Patienten eine schonende sowie effiziente Behandlung bietet. In ihrer Freizeit praktiziert Ramona gerne Yoga und genießt entspannende Spaziergänge mit ihrem Hund.
