Diplomato e abilitato alla professione di odontotecnico, proseguo gli studi ottenendo nel 2014 la laurea in Igiene dentale presso l'Università Statale di Milano.
In costante aggiornamento, collaboro con passione presso diversi studi nelle province di Bergamo e Milano.

Laureata con Lode in Igiene Dentale presso l’Università degli Studi di Brescia nel 2015, ho conseguito un Master di I livello in Igiene dentale: “L’esperienza incontra la tecnologia” presso l’Università degli Studi di Brescia (2018). 
Tutor clinica universitaria degli studenti di Igiene dentale nel reparto di parodontologia e pedodonzia della Clinica Odontoiatrica degli Spedali Civili di Brescia da ottobre 2017. 
Lavoro in diversi studi odontoiatrici a Brescia: Studio PMD con la Prof.ssa Magda Mensi, studio Zugni a Pavone Mella, Studio Bassa Bresciana a Gambara, studio Facchinetti a Manerbio.

Soy odontóloga generalista y he trabajado en el campo dental desde el 2012 desempeñando roles que cubren toda la cadena de valor del servicio de salud dental: desde asistente en sillón, pasando por auxiliar en gabinete, atención al paciente, agente comercial, higienista y finalmente como dentista. Todo esto me ha permitido estar al día con los avances científicos y tecnológicos, a la vez que me ha dotado de una perspectiva global del funcionamiento de las clínicas dentales, lo que aporta dinamismo, profesionalidad y eficacia a mi trabajo.

Persigo el ideal de ejercer una odontología de alta calidad, y además, tengo profunda vocación para la enseñanza, por lo que me encantaría que ese ámbito formara parte del día a día en mi práctica profesional. Leonora Costello is a licensed dental hygienist, educator, and Master of Healthcare Administration candidate dedicated to advancing oral health through innovation, equity, and strategic collaboration. With both an associate and bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene, she blends clinical expertise with a broader public health perspective to drive meaningful change in patient care and professional education. Leonora serves as a Swiss Dental Academy Trainer with EMS Dental, where she partners with clinicians and academic institutions nationwide to implement Guided Biofilm Therapy using the AirFlow Prophylaxis Master device. In addition to her training and consulting work, she provides clinical care at East Carolina University, working directly with underserved populations to reduce disparities and improve access to preventive services.  Currently pursuing her MHA, Leonora is focused on healthcare leadership, process innovation, and sustainable improvements in dental education. Whether she's leading hands-on workshops, mentoring future providers, or building institutional partnerships, she brings energy, empathy, and a commitment to collaborative growth.

Janis Spiliadis is an international clinician with over 35 years experience practicing in Switzerland, Greece, Saudi Arabia and the United States. Janis received her degree in dental hygiene from Palm Beach State College in Palm Beach County Florida. In 2007 she obtained her independent hygiene certification allowing her to open her own practice in Switzerland, where she practiced for 25 years. Janis is also served as a member of the Straumann hygiene advisory board and is it KOL for several dental companies.Fluent in French Janis has presented worldwide on the effects of biofilm on systemic health.

Pam has an impressive and progressive career in dentistry, spanning over four decades. She began her journey in the field as a dental assistant at the age of 16, a role she held for 16 years. In 2001, she became a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH). Her commitment to advanced preventative care led her to become licensed as an independent dental hygienist (IPDH) in Maine in 2010. This allowed her to practice in both private settings and her own solo preventive practice. In 2021, Pam established the Searsmont Oral Wellness Center, where she champions her unique approach to optimal preventative care. To name a few, Sarah was voted the 2021 “Massachusetts Dental Society, Hygienist of the Year.” And was most recently voted the 2024 “Research Hygienist of The Year” by the Massachusetts Dental Hygienists’ Association. Sarah is a recent Past-President, of The Massachusetts Dental Hygienists’ Association. She is also a Senior Executive Consultant for Cellerant Consulting Group and a United States Trainer for The Swiss Dental Academy, in the field of Guided Biofilm Therapy with EMS Dental. She presents educational content both virtually and in-person, to dental professionals across the country.
