Laureata in Igiene Dentale e in Scienze delle professioni sanitarie, mi sono specializzata in Terapia parodontale non chirurgica. Ho conseguito un Master in Igiene Implantare e svolgo la mia professione in Basilicata e Puglia.

Laureata in Igiene Dentale presso l’Università Federico II di Napoli (2013), ho frequentato il corso di Perfezionamento Universitario/Ospedaliero in Igiene Dentale presso l’Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II (2014).
Ho partecipato al corso teorico-pratico del trattamento del paziente parodontale del Dr. Guerino Paolantoni (2016), di terapia parodontale non chirurgica del Dr. Antonio Rupe (2017), di terapia parodontale non Chirurgica della Dott.ssa Antonella Labriola (2018) e al The Game Changer della Prof.ssa Magda Mensi (2021). 
Sono GBT Trainer dal 2020 e socio della SIdP dal 2017, ad oggi lavoro in 6 studi su Napoli e provincia, tutti certificati GBT: la GBT rappresenta il mio unico modus operandi!

In 2016, her office embraced cutting-edge technology by acquiring the Prophylaxis Master, allowing her to enhance patient care and outcomes. By 2022, Patricia's expertise and enthusiasm led her to join EMS as an SDA trainer. There, she became a success coach for the Northeast region of the USA, inspiring others with her knowledge and experience. Recently, she completed the Koi's Hygiene Program, further solidifying her commitment to advancing dental hygiene practices. Patricia is not just a professional; she is a passionate advocate for the importance of dental hygiene, dedicated to making a positive impact in the lives of her patients and colleagues alike.

Jolene Pinder is a dental hygienist based at The Dental Health Spa in Brighton. She qualified as a dental hygienist in the Royal Navy in 2001. After leaving the military she has worked in various practices throughout the UK. Jolene has a special interest in behavioural change and she has used this to inspire and educate fellow dental professionals. She has been a Swiss dental academy trainer since 2013 and teaches in the UK on Guided biofilm therapy. She had articles published on tooth whitening, making hygiene treatment profitable and implant maintenance. Jolene is the Study club director for dental hygienists and therapists for the International team for implantology.

Laureata con Lode in Igiene Dentale all’Università di Ferrara nel 2005, ho frequentato il Master di Coordinamento delle Professioni Sanitarie e sto concludendo la laurea Magistrale in Scienze della Nutrizione Umana. Nel tempo libero collaboro con IRC per diffondere le manovre di Basic Life Support, tengo corsi di formazione per ASO e sono Presidente d’Albo Igienisti Dentali e Consigliere d’Ordine a Ferrara. Collaboro con l’Università come membro della commissione di Laurea, come componente della commissione del riesame del corso di Laurea e in passato come docente a contratto. Tutt’ora mantengo la carica di vice-presidente di associazione di categoria UNID dell’Emilia Romagna. Dal 2019 collaboro con EMS come GBT Trainer e dal 2022 come GBT Expert.

Leonora serves as a Swiss Dental Academy Trainer with EMS Dental, where she partners with clinicians and academic institutions nationwide to implement Guided Biofilm Therapy using the AirFlow Prophylaxis Master device. In addition to her training and consulting work, she provides clinical care at East Carolina University, working directly with underserved populations to reduce disparities and improve access to preventive services.  Currently pursuing her MHA, Leonora is focused on healthcare leadership, process innovation, and sustainable improvements in dental education. Whether she's leading hands-on workshops, mentoring future providers, or building institutional partnerships, she brings energy, empathy, and a commitment to collaborative growth.
