Claudia hat sich nach ihrem Abschluss zur Dentalhygienikerin HF im Jahr 1997 kontinuierlich weitergebildet (Ausbildung Terminalanästhesie, dipl. med. Praxisleiterin und viele mehr). Ihr besonderes Interesse gilt der Wissensvermittlung in der Prophylaxe, einem Bereich, den sie als äußerst wichtig erachtet. Sie verfolgt die Entwicklung neuer Techniken und Methoden, um ihre Kenntnisse stets auf dem neuesten Stand zu halten und andere Fachkräfte in diesem Bereich zu inspirieren.

Seit 2017 ist Claudia eine begeisterte Anwenderin der Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT), einem evidenzbasierten 8 Schritte GBT Behandlungs Protokoll. Ihre Leidenschaft für diese Technik hat sie dazu motiviert, als Trainerin für die SDA zu arbeiten. Als Trainerin gibt sie ihr umfangreiches und langjähriges Wissen mit viel Engagement und Begeisterung an die Anwender der GBT weiter. Claudia legt großen Wert darauf, dass die Teilnehmer nicht nur theoretische Kenntnisse erwerben, sondern auch praktische Fähigkeiten entwickeln, um die GBT effektiv in ihrer täglichen Arbeit anzuwenden.

Im Jahr 2023 hat Claudia den Schritt in die Selbstständigkeit gewagt und eine Firma übernommen, die ein breites Spektrum an Fort- und Weiterbildungen im dentalen Bereich anbietet. Ho conseguito la laurea con lode in Igiene Dentale nel 2007 e la laurea magistrale in Scienze delle Professioni Sanitarie Tecniche Assistenziali  con lode nel 2009 presso l'Università degli studi di Bari.
Ho un Master di I livello in Management Sanitario e Sociologia della Salute e un Master di II livello in Ri-Organizzazione e Lean Management in P.A. e Sanità (MARIOL), entrambi con lode.
Ho lavorato come Tutor Universitario CLID Università degli studi di Bari dal 2010 al 2015 e come Tutor Didattico CLID Università dell'Insubria a Varese dal 2017 al 2018.
Partecipo attivamente a gruppi di lavoro con l'Agenzia Regionale per la Sanità (ARES) per progetti di screening su territori ad alto indice di deprivazione.

Lavoro come Igienista dentale a contratto presso ASL Taranto DSS5 Martina Franca, autrice di progetti di prevenzione sul territorio e in Assistenza Domiciliare Integrata. Partecipo, anche in veste di relatrice, a diversi congressi sul territorio nazionale e sono una SDA GBT Trainer. 

Il mio percorso inizia nel novembre 2012, anno in cui mi sono laureata in Igiene Dentale presso l'Università degli Studi di Padova. Fin da subito sono rimasta all'interno della stessa nelle vesti di tutor e correlatrice di tesi in quanto adoro stare a contatto con gli studenti cercando di trasmettere la mia passione per la professione. Ho frequentato diversi corsi di parodontologia, branca che mi appassiona più di tutte e nel 2018 ho conseguito il Master di I livello in Patologia orale presso l'Università degli Studi di Torino. Dal 2021 faccio parte della grande famiglia EMS come GBT Trainer certificata dalla Swiss Dental Academy. 

Jolene Pinder is a dental hygienist based at The Dental Health Spa in Brighton. She qualified as a dental hygienist in the Royal Navy in 2001. After leaving the military she has worked in various practices throughout the UK. Jolene has a special interest in behavioural change and she has used this to inspire and educate fellow dental professionals. She has been a Swiss dental academy trainer since 2013 and teaches in the UK on Guided biofilm therapy. She had articles published on tooth whitening, making hygiene treatment profitable and implant maintenance. Jolene is the Study club director for dental hygienists and therapists for the International team for implantology.

Michelle Steiner BSDH, RDH has been dedicated to advancing oral health and supporting fellow dental professionals since beginning her career in 1995. After earning her CDA, she completed her dental hygiene degree in 2000 and spent 24 of the last 25 years as the sole RDH in a periodontal practice, where she developed a deep passion for periodontal care, patient relationships, and clinical excellence. She completed her BSDH in 2025 from Minnesota State University, Mankato, with an emphasis in education. Since June 2022, she has served as a U.S. SDA Trainer, and in June 2024, she expanded her role as a Success Coach.
