Christina Chatfield, a dental hygienist, is clinical director and owner of Dental Health Spa Ltd. which opened on the high street of Brighton in September 2007.
Entrepreneur and passionate healthcare professional raising the profile of the dental hygienist and improving access to the dental team through a collaborative approach to implementing direct access.
Committed to raising awareness to oral cancer and driving support for HPV vaccinations for boys through campaigning and fundraising for the Oral Health Foundation.
She has over 20 years experience in practice and has worked within major blue chip health companies. She qualified from Dundee in 1982 and moved to Brighton with her 3 children in 1994. Her experience within healthcare has enhanced both her clinical and continued academic learning, as well as building synergistic working relationships from all areas of the dental industry. Christina is passionate about empowering the patient and making dental hygiene treatments easily accessible for all.

Mi sono laureata in Igiene Dentale nel 2017 presso l'Università degli Studi dell'Insubria, svolgo la mia attività in provincia di Varese e Como con particolare interesse per il protocollo GBT e la gestione del paziente con malattia parodontale.
- Licenciada en Odontología por la Universidad de Granada en 2014.
- Máster de Periodoncia por la Universidad de Santiago de Compostela en 2020.
- Soy una apasionada de la profesión y de la prevención como nuestro mejor tratamiento y manera de cuidar a nuestros pacientes.
Mi sono laureata nel 2015 in Igiene Dentale con votazione 110L presso L’Università Politecnica delle Marche. Nel 2016 ho partecipato al programma “Continuing Dental Education” - Department of Oral and Maxillo-Facial Surgery and Department of Periodontology. Dental Hygienist Course – University of Buffalo, NY. Nel 2018 ho conseguito la Laurea Magistrale in Scienze delle Professioni Sanitarie Tecniche Assistenziali con votazione 110L presso l’Università degli Studi dell'Aquila.
Lavoro presso lo Studio Dentistico Dott. Alessandro Reale a Teramo, sono una GBT Trainer e opero come Tutor CdL in Igiene Dentale e Guida di Laboratorio del CdLM in Scienze delle Professioni Sanitarie Tecniche Assistenziali presso Università Politecnica delle Marche.
During her career Sally has taught undergraduates and worked as a staff member at King’s College London and the University of Manchester. Over the past 25 years she has worked in NHS Community Clinics, General and Specialist Implant and Periodontal Practices. Sally is past president of the British Society of Dental Hygiene and Therapy (BSDHT) and is Chair of the BSDHT North West Regional Group. She has lectured throughout the UK and Europe to peer group and the wider profession. Sally is a Key Opinion Leader to several leading companies within the Industry and also quality assures dental education. Sally is a Swiss Dental Academy Trainer. In 2013 and 2014 she was made an Ambassador by the ‘Heart Your Smile’ Charity for ‘Changing the public’s perception of dentistry and encouraging better oral health across the UK’. Sally has spent time in Africa and the Lesvos Refugee Camps providing emergency dental relief and continue to raise money for Dentaid through BSDHT.
"Nel 2016 mi sono laureata presso l'Università degli Studi di Siena con tesi: “La terapia fotodinamica nel trattamento delle mucositi nei pazienti portatori di protesi totali ancorate su impianti”. Durante questi anni ho individuato i miei maggiori ambiti di interesse, focalizzando lo studio sulla terapia Parodontale non chirurgia.
Nel 2018 ho conseguito la laurea magistrale in Scienze delle Professioni Sanitarie Tecnico Assistenziali presso l'Università La Sapienza di Roma. Durante questi anni ho ampliato la mia formazione spaziando dal diritto all’economia presentando così una tesi con impronta giuridica dal titolo: “L’igienista dentale tra subordinazione e libera professione”.
Dal 2019 ho svolto il Master di I livello in Igiene Orale ad Indirizzo Parodontale Estetico ed Ortodontico in collaborazione con la Fondazione Istituto Stomatologico Toscano con tesi: “Malattia Parodontale e problematiche sistemiche: una correlazione pericolosa?”.
Nel 2020 ho intrapreso il master di Patologia Orale presso la Dental School di Torino presentando come caso clinico: “Herpes Virus: Manifestazioni Intraorale"". Ho cercato di affinare il mio bagaglio che sentivo carente su tutto ciò che interessava le patologie delle mucose gengivali non indotte da placca batterica.
Ad oggi, sono iscritta regolarmente all’Albo degli Igienisti e faccio parte del mondo EMS dal 2018."
Jolene Pinder is a dental hygienist based at The Dental Health Spa in Brighton. She qualified as a dental hygienist in the Royal Navy in 2001. After leaving the military she has worked in various practices throughout the UK. Jolene has a special interest in behavioural change and she has used this to inspire and educate fellow dental professionals. She has been a Swiss dental academy trainer since 2013 and teaches in the UK on Guided biofilm therapy. She had articles published on tooth whitening, making hygiene treatment profitable and implant maintenance. Jolene is the Study club director for dental hygienists and therapists for the International team for implantology.

Anna is a dedicated and passionate multi award-winning dental hygienist & therapist. She started her business “London Hygienist” with the mission to change the way oral health care is delivered to patients.
Anna studied at the Eastman Dental Hospital after working as a dental nurse, and graduated in 2015 from the Faculty of Royal College of Surgeons before completing a one year top up BSc (Hons) Oral Science at the University of Essex 2021.
Anna is a key opinion leader for Philips, Align Tech, Orascoptic, a global Guided Biofilm Therapy ambassador and Swiss Dental Academy trainer for EMS Dental. She is also a member and ambassador for the British Society of Hygiene and Therapy & British Society of Periodontics. Anna lectures and writes regularly for both industry and consumer press.
Soy Virginia titulada en higiene bucodental desde 2013, llevo 8 años dedicándome a periodoncia exclusivamente. He realizado cursos complementarios para mejorar el día a día.
Rosario Rodríguez, soy higienista dental desde hace más de 10 años.
Actualmente trabajo en Sevilla, en clínica Palomares Dental, donde me dedico al tratamiento de enfermedades periodontales.
En marzo de 2022 comencé una experiencia maravillosa como GBT Trainer.
Me encanta poder compartir mi tiempo dando formaciones a otras compañeras y seguir conservando mi puesto de trabajo, ayudando a persona a mejorar su calidad de vida.
