Mi sono laureata in Igiene Dentale nel 2017 presso l'Università degli Studi dell'Insubria, svolgo la mia attività in provincia di Varese e Como con particolare interesse per il protocollo GBT e la gestione del paziente con malattia parodontale.

Michelle Steiner BSDH, RDH has been dedicated to advancing oral health and supporting fellow dental professionals since beginning her career in 1995. After earning her CDA, she completed her dental hygiene degree in 2000 and spent 24 of the last 25 years as the sole RDH in a periodontal practice, where she developed a deep passion for periodontal care, patient relationships, and clinical excellence. She completed her BSDH in 2025 from Minnesota State University, Mankato, with an emphasis in education. Since June 2022, she has served as a U.S. SDA Trainer, and in June 2024, she expanded her role as a Success Coach. In addition to her coaching and training work, she provides dental hygiene services in nursing homes and volunteers her time with Mission of Mercy and her local food pantry, efforts that reflect her strong commitment to giving back and caring for her community. Mi sono laureata nel 2016 presso l’Università Politecnica delle Marche ad Ancona e al momento sono una laureanda presso l’Università di Bari per la magistrale in Scienze tecniche diagnostiche. Lavoro in Puglia nella città di Taranto e provincia, dove utilizzo il protocollo GBT. 

Ramona lebt in Bad Bentheim und begann ihre berufliche Laufbahn 1998 mit der Ausbildung zur Zahnarzthelferin. Nach ihrer Weiterbildung zur Zahnmedizinischen Prophylaxeassistentin (ZMP) im Jahr 2003 entschloss sie sich, ihr Wissen durch das Studium zur Dentalhygienikerin B.Sc. zu vertiefen, dass sie im Jahr 2024 abschließen konnte. Die Entscheidung, Dentalhygienikerin zu werden, kam aus der Leidenschaft Patienten dabei zu helfen, ihre Mundgesundheit zu fördern. Besonders fasziniert sie die Guided Biofilm Therapie (GBT), da sie innovative Ansätze in der Zahnmedizin vereint und Patienten eine schonende sowie effiziente Behandlung bietet. In ihrer Freizeit praktiziert Ramona gerne Yoga und genießt entspannende Spaziergänge mit ihrem Hund. Sie ist zudem großer Fußballfan und verfolgt begeistert die Spiele ihrer Söhne sowie die Partien des SV Werder Bremen im Weserstadion.

Nach meinem Abschluss zur Zahnarzthelferin 1998 habe ich mich für den Bereich Prophylaxe entschieden. Selbstständiges Arbeiten macht mir Spaß, und so ging mein Weg über ZMP zur DH weiter. Als ich die Leitung einer Prophylaxe Abteilung übernahm, machte ich noch eine Weiterbildung zur Prophylaxe Managerin der IHK. Um meine Patienten intensiver unterstützen zu können, entschied ich mich noch die Weiterbildung zur dentalen Ernährungsberaterin zu absolvieren. Neben meiner Tätigkeit als GBT Trainerin der SDA bin ich in Teilzeit in München als DH angestellt. Somit dreht sich mein berufliches Leben um Zähne und GBT. Ich bin ein großer GBT Fan, weil es ein Benefit für Patient und Behandler ist. Und wenn ich nicht mit der Zahngesundheit beschäftigt bin, dann sitze ich auf dem Fahrrad und genieße die Natur. 

Laureata in Igiene Dentale alla Sapienza di Roma nel 2009 e dipendente da 10 anni dello Studio odontoiatrico Dr. Filomia a Cosenza, sono consigliere della Commissione d'albo TSRM in provincia di Cosenza.
