Mi sono diplomata con Lode nel 2002 presso l’Università degli Studi del Piemonte Orientale e ho conseguito laurea con Lode nel 2006 presso l’Università degli Studi dell’Insubria. Dal 2002 al 2020 ho lavorato come Igienista Dentale libera professionista. 
Dal 2021 sono CPS Igienista Dentale presso la SCDU Odontostomatologia dell’Azienda Ospedaliera Universitaria Maggiore della Carità di Novara. 
Dal 2004 al 2021 ho lavorato come professore a contratto nel Corso di Studi in Igiene Dentale dell’Università degli Studi dell’Insubria.
Dal 2015 sono Tutor clinico-didattico e affidataria di Attività di Complemento alla Didattica nel Corso di Studi in Igiene Dentale dell’Università degli Studi del Piemonte Orientale.
Ho ottenuto il diploma di GBT Trainer presso la Swiss Dental Academy nel 2019 e partecipo in veste di relatrice a diversi corsi e congressi del settore odontoiatrico.

Leonora Costello is a licensed dental hygienist, educator, and Master of Healthcare Administration candidate dedicated to advancing oral health through innovation, equity, and strategic collaboration. With both an associate and bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene, she blends clinical expertise with a broader public health perspective to drive meaningful change in patient care and professional education. Leonora serves as a Swiss Dental Academy Trainer with EMS Dental, where she partners with clinicians and academic institutions nationwide to implement Guided Biofilm Therapy using the AirFlow Prophylaxis Master device. In addition to her training and consulting work, she provides clinical care at East Carolina University, working directly with underserved populations to reduce disparities and improve access to preventive services.  Currently pursuing her MHA, Leonora is focused on healthcare leadership, process innovation, and sustainable improvements in dental education. Whether she's leading hands-on workshops, mentoring future providers, or building institutional partnerships, she brings energy, empathy, and a commitment to collaborative growth.

Leslie Ramsey, RDH, is a passionate and experienced dental hygienist with a strong commitment to advancing clinical excellence and patient care through education. As a GBT (Guided Biofilm Therapy) Education Specialist and lead of the United States Success Coaches, Leslie brings deep expertise in preventive dentistry, biofilm management, and minimally invasive hygiene protocols. With nearly 8,000 GBT treatments with her own patients in clinical practice, Leslie has consistently prioritized patient-centered care and the integration of evidence-based techniques. Her work as an educator and speaker focuses on empowering dental professionals with the tools and knowledge to implement GBT protocols effectively, enhance patient outcomes, and elevate the standard of care. Ho conseguito il Master di I livello in "Nutrizione clinica e dietetica applicata" presso l'Università Politecnica delle Marche nel 2013. Attualmente lavoro presso lo Studio Odontoiatrico Toia a Busto Arsizio e Milano e presso lo studio Luoni a Cassano Magnago. Jolene Pinder is a dental hygienist based at The Dental Health Spa in Brighton. She qualified as a dental hygienist in the Royal Navy in 2001. After leaving the military she has worked in various practices throughout the UK. Jolene has a special interest in behavioural change and she has used this to inspire and educate fellow dental professionals. She has been a Swiss dental academy trainer since 2013 and teaches in the UK on Guided biofilm therapy. She had articles published on tooth whitening, making hygiene treatment profitable and implant maintenance. Jolene is the Study club director for dental hygienists and therapists for the International team for implantology.

Vanessa ist eine engagierte Dentalhygienikerin und begeisterte GBT Trainerin. Sie arbeitet in einer privaten Slow Dentistry Zahnarztpraxis in Köln. Dort ist ihre Hauptaufgabe die Patienten Betreuung rund um die Mundhygiene und die Guided Biofilm Therapy. Schwerpunkt liegt hierbei speziell in der Korrelation zwischen Mundgesundheit und Systemischer Gesundheit. Für Vanessa gehört eine gesunde Mundflora zu einem gesundem System und dazu berät Sie ihre Patienten gerne in vollem Umfang. Ihrer Meinung nach ist die Guided Biofilm Therapy die beste Zahnreinigung um eine gesunde Mundflora aufrechtzuerhalten.
Ihr Statement ist, dass eine gute Parodontologie bedeutet den Dentalhygienikerinnen genügend Zeit zu geben. Auch in den Trainings geht Sie sehr darauf ein. Vorbeugen ist besser als Heilen! Zudem ist Vanessa Yogalehrerin und bildet sich zur Zeit in Ayurvedischer Medizin fort.

Louise Warden is a highly accomplished dental hygienist based in Glasgow at the Scottish Centre for Excellence in Dentistry. She began her career in dentistry at the age of 17 as a dental nurse, later studying at Glasgow Dental School, where she graduated with distinction in 2004. In 2005, she received a Diploma from the Royal College of Surgeons in Edinburgh for having the highest exam grades in the UK for dental hygiene.

Louise has extensive experience in various fields of dentistry and is also involved in teaching. She has been with the Scottish Centre since 2008 and is passionate about helping patients improve their oral health. Additionally, she is trained in facial aesthetics, offering treatments such as dermal fillers, lip enhancement, and anti-wrinkle treatments.

Louise is active in promoting Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT), an innovative preventive dental treatment, and has been involved in international conferences related to this technique. She is an ambassador for the International Team for Implantology and is involved in training dental professionals in GBT.
