Mein Name ist Janine Schröter. Ich bin eine erfahrene und leidenschaftliche Dentalhygienikerin, die ihre Berufung zum Beruf gemacht hat.

Ich arbeite in einer Zahnarztpraxis im Herzen von München. Nach meiner Ausbildung zur Zahnmedizinischen Fachangestellten entwickelte ich schnell die Leidenschaft für die Prophylaxe. Zahlreiche Patienten haben mich während meiner praktischen Tätigkeit motiviert und inspiriert, was man mit einer zielgerichteten und individuellen Mundhygieneinstruktion und -therapie erreichen kann. Um mein Spektrum in den Bereichen der Prophylaxe und Parodontologie zu erweitern, habe ich die Qualifikationen „Zahnmedizinische Fachassistentin“ und „Dentalhygienikerin“ erworben.

Seit Beginn meiner zahnmedizinischen Laufbahn arbeite ich mit den Geräten der Firma EMS. Im Jahr 2018 habe ich die Guided Biofilm Therapy in unserer Praxis etabliert und bin so auf die Swiss Dental Academy aufmerksam geworden. Seit 2019 bin ich nun Teil des SDA-Teams und stolz darauf mein Wissen, meine langjährigen Erfahrungen und meine Begeisterung für die Guided Biofilm Therapy weitergeben zu dürfen.

Vanessa ist eine engagierte Dentalhygienikerin und begeisterte GBT Trainerin. Sie arbeitet in einer privaten Slow Dentistry Zahnarztpraxis in Köln. Dort ist ihre Hauptaufgabe die Patienten Betreuung rund um die Mundhygiene und die Guided Biofilm Therapy. Schwerpunkt liegt hierbei speziell in der Korrelation zwischen Mundgesundheit und Systemischer Gesundheit. Für Vanessa gehört eine gesunde Mundflora zu einem gesundem System und dazu berät Sie ihre Patienten gerne in vollem Umfang. Ihrer Meinung nach ist die Guided Biofilm Therapy die beste Zahnreinigung um eine gesunde Mundflora aufrechtzuerhalten.
Ihr Statement ist, dass eine gute Parodontologie bedeutet den Dentalhygienikerinnen genügend Zeit zu geben. Auch in den Trainings geht Sie sehr darauf ein. Vorbeugen ist besser als Heilen! Zudem ist Vanessa Yogalehrerin und bildet sich zur Zeit in Ayurvedischer Medizin fort.

Laureato in Igiene Dentale presso la Seconda Università degli Studi di Napoli (2010), ho partecipato a numerosi corsi di aggiornamento e congressi nazionali ed internazionali sulla disciplina parodontale.
Ho partecipato, in qualità di relatore, a numerosi corsi per Igienisti Dentali e Odontoiatri.
Esercito la libera professione di igienista dentale in diversi studi della Campania, collaborando attivamente con soci attivi della SIdP e dell’ITI. Collaboro con il Dott. Fabio Cozzolino a Napoli, Dott. Antonio Rupe a Benevento, Dott. Antonio Mallardo a Giugliano in Campania, Dott. Nicola Fontanella presso il suo studio di Gragnano e con il Dott. Vincenzo Russo a Castellammare di Stabia.

Seit meinem Abschluss als Dentalhygienikerin HF an der Medi Bern im Jahr 2007 ist die Mundgesundheit meine Leidenschaft. Seit 2017 bin ich als selbstständige Dentalhygienikerin tätig – ob in der Praxis oder mobil – immer mit dem Ziel, Patienten zu einem gesunden Lächeln zu verhelfen.

Die Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT) begeistert mich jeden Tag aufs Neue: Sie ist sanft, effektiv und verbessert die Behandlung spürbar – für Patienten und Anwender. Diese Erfahrung gebe ich als SDA Trainerin mit voller Überzeugung weiter. Mein Wissen zu teilen und Kollegen zu inspirieren, ist für mich eine Herzensangelegenheit.

With nearly 8,000 GBT treatments with her own patients in clinical practice, Leslie has consistently prioritized patient-centered care and the integration of evidence-based techniques. Her work as an educator and speaker focuses on empowering dental professionals with the tools and knowledge to implement GBT protocols effectively, enhance patient outcomes, and elevate the standard of care. Leslie is known for her engaging teaching style, practical insights, and dedication to fostering professional growth within the dental community. She is proud to be part of a global movement that’s transforming how we think about prevention, periodontal health, and the patient experience.

Leonora Costello is a licensed dental hygienist, educator, and Master of Healthcare Administration candidate dedicated to advancing oral health through innovation, equity, and strategic collaboration. With both an associate and bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene, she blends clinical expertise with a broader public health perspective to drive meaningful change in patient care and professional education. Leonora serves as a Swiss Dental Academy Trainer with EMS Dental, where she partners with clinicians and academic institutions nationwide to implement Guided Biofilm Therapy using the AirFlow Prophylaxis Master device. In addition to her training and consulting work, she provides clinical care at East Carolina University, working directly with underserved populations to reduce disparities and improve access to preventive services.  Currently pursuing her MHA, Leonora is focused on healthcare leadership, process innovation, and sustainable improvements in dental education. Whether she's leading hands-on workshops, mentoring future providers, or building institutional partnerships, she brings energy, empathy, and a commitment to collaborative growth.

Laureata nel 2013 presso l’Università degli Studi di Verona, svolge la sua attività prevalentemente su pazienti con malattia parodontale.
Vincitrice del Premio C. Cevenini per il miglior caso clinico di terapia parodontale non chirurgica in occasione del 21° Congresso Nazionale della Società Italiana di Parodontologia e Implantologia.
Dal 2020 collabora in PreBiomics, Startup di ricerca in ambito del microbioma orale e in particolare delle malattie peri-implantari.
Svolge attività di tutoraggio e insegnamento in corsi sulla terapia parodontale non chirurgica ed è docente presso il Corso di Laurea di Igiene Dentale a Bolzano e presso il Polo Universitario delle Professioni Sanitarie a Rovereto (TN).
Crede fermamente nel valore dell’igienista dentale e si dedica con passione a questa professione. Le piace condividere con colleghi esperienze e nuove idee per un continuo miglioramento della figura dell’igienista dentale.

Ramona lebt in Bad Bentheim und begann ihre berufliche Laufbahn 1998 mit der Ausbildung zur Zahnarzthelferin. Nach ihrer Weiterbildung zur Zahnmedizinischen Prophylaxeassistentin (ZMP) im Jahr 2003 entschloss sie sich, ihr Wissen durch das Studium zur Dentalhygienikerin B.Sc. zu vertiefen, dass sie im Jahr 2024 abschließen konnte. Die Entscheidung, Dentalhygienikerin zu werden, kam aus der Leidenschaft Patienten dabei zu helfen, ihre Mundgesundheit zu fördern. Besonders fasziniert sie die Guided Biofilm Therapie (GBT), da sie innovative Ansätze in der Zahnmedizin vereint und Patienten eine schonende sowie effiziente Behandlung bietet. In ihrer Freizeit praktiziert Ramona gerne Yoga und genießt entspannende Spaziergänge mit ihrem Hund. Sie ist zudem großer Fußballfan und verfolgt begeistert die Spiele ihrer Söhne sowie die Partien des SV Werder Bremen im Weserstadion.

Pam has an impressive and progressive career in dentistry, spanning over four decades. She began her journey in the field as a dental assistant at the age of 16, a role she held for 16 years. In 2001, she became a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH). Her commitment to advanced preventative care led her to become licensed as an independent dental hygienist (IPDH) in Maine in 2010. This allowed her to practice in both private settings and her own solo preventive practice. In 2021, Pam established the Searsmont Oral Wellness Center, where she champions her unique approach to optimal preventative care. Her practice has flourished by incorporating cutting-edge technologies like microscopy, laser therapies, salivary diagnostics, and the Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT) compass. Patients appreciate her laid-back yet informative style, which educates them while delivering patient-focused care. Beyond her practice, Pam is a certified GBT trainer for EMS, a role that enables her to connect with other forward-thinking professionals across the United States. When she's not traveling for her training work, she enjoys her home, family, and friends in Mid-Coast Maine.

Laureata con Lode in Igiene Dentale presso l’Università degli Studi di Brescia nel 2015, ho conseguito un Master di I livello in Igiene dentale: “L’esperienza incontra la tecnologia” presso l’Università degli Studi di Brescia (2018). 
Tutor clinica universitaria degli studenti di Igiene dentale nel reparto di parodontologia e pedodonzia della Clinica Odontoiatrica degli Spedali Civili di Brescia da ottobre 2017.
