Mi sono laureata con Lode in Igiene Dentale presso l'Università di Genova e ho conseguito due Master: Odontoiatria Pediatrica con Lode all'Università di Torino e Management e Coordinamento delle Professioni Sanitarie all'Università di Genova.
Ho seguito il Corso di perfezionamento in Laser e Nuove Tecnologie nel distretto facciale all'Università di Genova, il Corso di parodontologia SIdP a Firenze e dal 2012 e opero come consulente presso lo studio Gian Vittorio Bassi nelle sedi di Genova e Masone.

Laureata con Lode nel 2016 presso Università degli Studi dell’Insubria, sono collaboratrice presso l’Università degli Studi dell’Insubria nel reparto di Igiene dentale e la scuola di specializzazione in odontoiatria pediatrica. Ho seguito un perfezionamento in terapia perimplantare con il Prof. Massimo Simion nel 2017 e un perfezionamento nel trattamento della malattia parodontale con il professore Carlo Ghezzi nel 2019. Sono una GBT Trainer dal 2022, opero la mia professione nella provincia di Milano e svolgo corsi privati per professionisti e pazienti riguardo la prevenzione orale. Sono responsabile del reparto di Igiene Dentale presso lo studio dentistico Dott. Jacopo Padalino a Legnano e mi occupo a 360 gradi di Igiene dentale sia nel paziente pediatrico che nel paziente adulto.

Amanda has a passion for dentistry and in 2008 became one of the first UK Swiss Academy Trainers for EMS. She has given many courses on Piezon technology, Biofilm management and Guided Biofilm therapy. (GBT). Amanda is the Immediate Past President of the British Association of Dental Therapists.

She became a hygienist in 1996 where she qualified from Manchester Dental school and then after spells in Specialist practice and the hospital service, taught Dental Hygiene at Sheffield dental school and then moved to Kings College Dental Institute in London.

Amanda has lectured nationally and internationally and talks on various topics. These include :- Behavioural change, Periodontal screening, Implant maintenance, fluoride varnish application for nurses, Impression taking, Biofilm theory/ GBT and Caries risk assessment.

Amanda completed and published research on the subject of Nursing Assistance for the Dental Hygienist in 2011. She completed a tutor’s conversion to Dental therapy in 2012 and became President elect of the British Association of Dental therapists in 2015.

She is an MSC student at King’s College London reading Advanced Minimal Intervention Dentistry.

Amanda presently works part time for Leicester Community dental services as a Therapist, treating anxious children and Special needs patients. She also works for Bupa Dental care in Stamford, Lincolnshire and lectures part time.

Amanda sits on the Bupa Dental Care Clinical advisory board and is a member of the BSDHT and BADT.

Soy odontóloga generalista y he trabajado en el campo dental desde el 2012 desempeñando roles que cubren toda la cadena de valor del servicio de salud dental: desde asistente en sillón, pasando por auxiliar en gabinete, atención al paciente, agente comercial, higienista y finalmente como dentista. Todo esto me ha permitido estar al día con los avances científicos y tecnológicos, a la vez que me ha dotado de una perspectiva global del funcionamiento de las clínicas dentales, lo que aporta dinamismo, profesionalidad y eficacia a mi trabajo.

Persigo el ideal de ejercer una odontología de alta calidad, y además, tengo profunda vocación para la enseñanza, por lo que me encantaría que ese ámbito formara parte del día a día en mi práctica profesional. Nach meinem Abschluss zur Zahnarzthelferin 1998 habe ich mich für den Bereich Prophylaxe entschieden. Selbstständiges Arbeiten macht mir Spaß, und so ging mein Weg über ZMP zur DH weiter. Als ich die Leitung einer Prophylaxe Abteilung übernahm, machte ich noch eine Weiterbildung zur Prophylaxe Managerin der IHK. Um meine Patienten intensiver unterstützen zu können, entschied ich mich noch die Weiterbildung zur dentalen Ernährungsberaterin zu absolvieren. Neben meiner Tätigkeit als GBT Trainerin der SDA bin ich in Teilzeit in München als DH angestellt. Somit dreht sich mein berufliches Leben um Zähne und GBT. Ich bin ein großer GBT Fan, weil es ein Benefit für Patient und Behandler ist. Und wenn ich nicht mit der Zahngesundheit beschäftigt bin, dann sitze ich auf dem Fahrrad und genieße die Natur.

Dr. Anna Seidel ist Oberärztin in der Abteilung für zahnärztliche Prothetik am Uniklinikum Erlangen der Friedrich-Alexander Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg. Ihr klinischer Schwerpunkt liegt auf der Perio-Prothetik, d.h. der prothetischen Rehabilitation parodontal kompromittierter Patienten. Dabei werden Therapieaspekte der Prothetik, Parodontologie und Implantologie kombiniert. ayyaba Fiaz is a highly accomplished dental hygienist and community leader. A 2008 graduate of Cégep John Abbott College, she earned the Procter & Gamble Community Dental Hygiene Award and Excellence in Restorative Dentistry Award. Tayyaba also holds a B.Sc. degree and has extensive experience as an RDH in Ontario and Quebec. She currently works as a clinician and hygiene coordinator in a general dental practice, leading a team of eight RDHs. As a pioneer in technology, she introduced Airflow Master Prophylaxis and Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT) at her clinic, improving appointment efficiency and patient satisfaction. In addition, she owns a mobile dental hygiene practice, launched in 2021, offering personalized care directly to clients. Tayyaba’s commitment to community care is evident in her organization of large-scale dental outreach clinics across Quebec, with over 55 volunteers. These initiatives have garnered significant media attention.
