Ho conseguito la laurea in Igiene Dentale presso l'Università degli Studi di Roma La Sapienza (2018). Nel 2021 ho concluso il corso di laurea in Scienze Tecniche Assistenziali.
Dal 2019 collaboro a Roma in uno studio dentistico specializzato in Orto-Perio. Nel 2022 sono diventata GBT Trainer certificata dalla Swiss Dental Academy.

Oberärztin an der Klinik für Kieferorthopädie des Universitätsklinikums RWTH Aachen und habilitierte 2024 zum Thema Prävention in der Kieferorthopädie. Sie engagiert sich in der Lehre, ist LAMA-zertifiziert und mehrfach wissenschaftlich ausgezeichnet. Als erfahrene Referentin mit Schwerpunkten in Alignertherapie, lingualer Kieferorthopädie und Mini-Implantaten ist sie regelmäßig auf nationalen und internationalen Fortbildungen präsent.

Seit meinem Abschluss als Dentalhygienikerin HF an der Medi Bern im Jahr 2007 ist die Mundgesundheit meine Leidenschaft. Seit 2017 bin ich als selbstständige Dentalhygienikerin tätig – ob in der Praxis oder mobil – immer mit dem Ziel, Patienten zu einem gesunden Lächeln zu verhelfen.

Die Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT) begeistert mich jeden Tag aufs Neue: Sie ist sanft, effektiv und verbessert die Behandlung spürbar – für Patienten und Anwender. Diese Erfahrung gebe ich als SDA Trainerin mit voller Überzeugung weiter. Mein Wissen zu teilen und Kollegen zu inspirieren, ist für mich eine Herzensangelegenheit.

Djekic, Bozana M.Sc., B.Sc. ist eine engagierte Dentalhygieniekerin und begeisterte GBT- Trainerin aus Österreich. Im Jahr 2003 schloss sie in Graz ihr Diplom in Parodontologie und Prophylaxe ab. Um ihre Fachkenntnisse zu vertiefen, absolvierte sie einen Universitätslehrgang in Köln und erwarb den Bachelor in Dentalhygiene und Präventionsmanagement. Zusätzlich erweiterte sie ihr Wissen mit einem Masterstudium in Health Care Management, spezialisiert auf Pharma Management. Als engagierte Dentalhygienikerin entdeckte sie ihre Begeisterung für die Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT). Ihr Fokus liegt besonders darauf, den Vorteil der GBT mit Liebe und Humor zu vermitteln. Es ist ihr ein großes Anliegen, die GBT-Therapie in Österreich zu etablieren. "Nel 2016 mi sono laureata presso l'Università degli Studi di Siena con tesi: “La terapia fotodinamica nel trattamento delle mucositi nei pazienti portatori di protesi totali ancorate su impianti”. Durante questi anni ho individuato i miei maggiori ambiti di interesse, focalizzando lo studio sulla terapia Parodontale non chirurgia.

Nel 2018 ho conseguito la laurea magistrale in Scienze delle Professioni Sanitarie Tecnico Assistenziali presso l'Università La Sapienza di Roma. Durante questi anni ho ampliato la mia formazione spaziando dal diritto all’economia presentando così una tesi con impronta giuridica dal titolo: “L’igienista dentale tra subordinazione e libera professione”.
Dal 2019 ho svolto il Master di I livello in Igiene Orale ad Indirizzo Parodontale Estetico ed Ortodontico in collaborazione con la Fondazione Istituto Stomatologico Toscano con tesi: “Malattia Parodontale e problematiche sistemiche: una correlazione pericolosa?”.
Nel 2020 ho intrapreso il master di Patologia Orale presso la Dental School di Torino presentando come caso clinico: “Herpes Virus: Manifestazioni Intraorale"". Ho cercato di affinare il mio bagaglio che sentivo carente su tutto ciò che interessava le patologie delle mucose gengivali non indotte da placca batterica.

Ad oggi, sono iscritta regolarmente all’Albo degli Igienisti e faccio parte del mondo EMS dal 2018."

ayyaba Fiaz is a highly accomplished dental hygienist and community leader. A 2008 graduate of Cégep John Abbott College, she earned the Procter & Gamble Community Dental Hygiene Award and Excellence in Restorative Dentistry Award. Tayyaba also holds a B.Sc. degree and has extensive experience as an RDH in Ontario and Quebec. She currently works as a clinician and hygiene coordinator in a general dental practice, leading a team of eight RDHs. As a pioneer in technology, she introduced Airflow Master Prophylaxis and Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT) at her clinic, improving appointment efficiency and patient satisfaction. In addition, she owns a mobile dental hygiene practice, launched in 2021, offering personalized care directly to clients. Tayyaba’s commitment to community care is evident in her organization of large-scale dental outreach clinics across Quebec, with over 55 volunteers. These initiatives have garnered significant media attention. She also serves as an elected Director for the Canadian Dental Hygienists Association (CDHA) and a representative for the International Federation of Dental Hygienists (IFDH). Tayyaba is an instructor at Oulton College's Faculty of Dental Hygiene. Outside her professional responsibilities, Tayyaba enjoys spending time with her family, listening to music, and taking long walks on sunny days.
