Igienista dentale laureato nel 2008 presso l'Università Sapienza di Roma, ho frequentato nel 2010 un corso annuale di perfezionamento in Igiene orale professionale e terapia parodontale non chirurgica presso l'Università di Chieti. Sono iscritto alla Società Italiana di Parodontologia e opero come consulente presso le cliniche svizzere Adent Clinique a Ginevra. Attualmente sono titolare di uno studio professionale di igiene dentale Castel di Sangro (AQ). 

Dal 2003 collaboro come igienista dentale presso lo studio dentistico Dr. Tiziano Bombardelli a Trento.
Negli anni ho continuato il mio aggiornamento seguendo i corsi AIDI nazionali e regionali, corsi di formazione specifici della terapia parodontale, implantare e per la gestione del paziente carioreccetivo e nel 2018 ho frequentato il Master in Igiene implantare presso l’Istituto Stomatologico Toscano.
Ho partecipato come relatrice a vari corsi sul mantenimento del paziente ortodontico, paziente implantare e come docente a contratto presso l’Università di Padova al corso di perfezionamento in Igiene implantare. 
Attualmente sono docente a contratto presso il Corso di Laurea in Igiene dentale Polo di Rovereto nella materia: gestione dell’igiene dentale professionale del paziente implantare.

Laureato in Igiene Dentale presso l’Università degli Studi di Brescia nel 2020. Da gennaio 2021 frequento i reparti della Clinica Odontoiatrica degli Spedali Civili di Brescia come Tutor per gli studenti del Corso di Laurea in Igiene Dentale. Nel 2022 partecipo al Corso Annuale di Parodontologia per Igienisti Dentali organizzato dalla SIdP presso l’Università La Sapienza di Roma. Esercito la mia professione in diversi studi dentistici nella provincia di Brescia.

Nach dem Abitur absolvierte ich im Jahr 2000 meine Ausbildung zur Zahnarzthelferin. Da mir das selbstständige Arbeiten am Patienten bereits in der Stuhlassistenz sehr viel Freude bereitete, qualifizierte ich mich 2004 zur Zahnmedizinischen Prophylaxeassistentin. Stets nach dem Motto: „Behandle jeden Patienten so, wie Du Dich selbst behandeln würdest!“, immer individuell auf die entsprechende Patientensituation abgestimmt, erzielte ich ein sehr positives und zufriedenes Patientenfeedback. Seit 2004 arbeite ich mit subgingivalem Pulver in den EMS-Systemen, der Airflow- & Piezontechnologie. Ich bin seitdem überzeugt von den schonenden, minimalinvasiv arbeitenden Technologien, welche seitdem aus meinem Praxisalltag nicht mehr wegzudenken sind. Durch multiple Weiterbildungen, die ich besuchte, korrigierte ich meine Prophylaxesitzungen immer wieder, so dass ich sehr gute Langzeittherapieerfolge, mit meinen Patienten, verzeichnen konnte. Ab März 2012 wurde ich mit dem Aufbau und der Organisation der Prophylaxeabteilung beauftragt und leitete diese. 2018 absolvierte ich die Aufstiegsfortbildung zur Dentalhygienikerin und erfüllte mir somit einen Traum, als Referentin, Fortbildungen für Kollegen & Kolleginnen anzubieten. Themen über „Fluoride & wie kommuniziere ich mit Fluoridgegnern“, „Mundschleimhauterkrankungen“ und „ Zunge, das Fenster unseres Körpers“ wurden sehr gut angenommen.

Seit April 2020 bin ich Mitglied im Prüfungsausschuss der Zahnmedizinischen Fachangestellten, in der LZÄK Brandenburg. Aber auch durch meine Mitgliedschaften im Verband Deutscher Dentalhygienikerin, der Deutschen Gesellschaft für Dentalhygienikerinnen und der DG Paro ist ein ständiger Wissensaustausch mit Kollegen*innen möglich und man befindet sich immer auf dem neusten Stand der Wissenschaft. Schließlich arbeiten wir im medizinischen Bereich und wir wissen, dass hier ein stetiger innovativer Wandel stattfindet.

Mein Ziel war es immer, meine jahrelange Erfahrung, meine Begeisterung und meine Leidenschaft für meinen Beruf an Kollegen & Kolleginnen weiterzugeben. Und deshalb bin ich stolz neben meiner beruflichen Teilzeitbeschäftigung in der Zahnarztpraxis, seit Mai 2022 das Team Deutschland, als GBT Trainerin der Swiss Dental Academy, unterstützen zu dürfen.

Ich liebe die GBT, womit ich meinen Patienten ein Höchstmaß an Qualität bieten kann, stets auf dem neusten wissenschaftlichen Stand behandelt zu werden und wirklich, es gibt nichts schöneres, als begeisterte, motivierte Patienten, die mit einem lächeln und sauberen Zahnoberflächen, aus der Praxis gehen und gern wiederkommen.

Ha incentrato la sua formazione e la pratica clinica sul counseling per il cambiamento degli stili di vita e l’adozione di tecnologie minimamente invasive. Relatrice a corsi e congressi per igienisti dentali; responsabile Study Club SIdP nel 2018 a Pisa e dal 2020-2022 a Varese; relatrice al corso aggiornamento SIdP nel 2022. Ha scritto per riviste del settore ed è consulente di un’azienda di oral care dal 2021.

Claire is proud to be one of the UK SDA training team and works in private practice in Leeds, carrying out Guided Biofilm Therapy on her own patients daily. Not only does she teach all things GBT on courses and in practice, she is also a key opinion leader and/or ambassador for well known dental brands, as well as writing numerous articles for industry/consumer press titles and public speaking. She is extremely passionate about her profession, oral health and prevention.
